Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all PynkAroma sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal scent preferences. However, if your order arrives broken or leaking, please email us at info@pynkaroma.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the damage so we can get a replacement or store credit headed your way. Please note that PynkAroma reserves the right to decline any claims that do not meet these requirements.
